• 5.2.1 Continental Portugal
  

  The costs of the shipping service are borne by the user and buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. The user and buyer will be charged for these before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. Pesca & Companhia reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Pesca & Companhia undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

• 5.2.2 Internacional (Incl. Ilhas Madeira e Açores)
  

  The costs of the shipping service may be borne by the user and buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. The costs of the shipping service will be calculated and informed to the user and buyer by email only after submitting the order.

5.3 Promotions and reduced prices are valid from March 15, 2022 until December 31,

 2022 (and/or limited to existing stock).

In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a substantial change not foreseen by Pesca & Companhia the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly ridiculous, the request will be considered invalid and void.

The prices of the products available in www.pesca-companhia.com are valid for purchase orders made through www.pesca-companhia.com, match with those presented in the physical stores Pesca & Companhia.

The articles marketed by Pesca & Companhia in www.pesca-companhia.com are covered by the legal guarantee scheme, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of 21 May.

• Returns for transport damage - If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transportation of the article that he ordered, he must immediately report the occurrence to Pesca & Companhia.

In the case of large volumes, the customer must, upon receipt and unpacking, check for any visible damage that may have been caused by transportation. If the article has any damage it should not accept it. After signing the transport guide Pesca & Companhia is not liable for any physical damage caused by transportation.

The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day he acquires the physical possession of the goods or the day on which he acquires the physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed to the return of your order, and without having to indicate the reason.
